♡ - my review:

oh my gosh!
i just finished another great book titled the wedding gown by dyanne davis. this book like the previous two books i have reviewed is an african-american contemporary romance book published by genesis press, inc.
the main characters in this book are keefe, mia, damien and ashleigh. keefe and mia are siblings who have been with each other through thick & thin. even without the help of their parents, keefe has manage to take on numerous jobs growing up just to keep clothes on their backs & food in their stomachs. he is a successful entrepreneur & owns the building that ashleigh is staying in. they meet in the laundry room when he reads the ad she's posted about giving her dream wedding gown away.

this story taught me a few things. it taught me what love is in a sibling relationship, parent to child relationship & a spouse relationship. keefe has always been willing to sacrifice his time & pleasures to take care of his sister, even to the point where it almost ruined his relationship with ashleigh. this book addresses cheating, lying & lust all wrapped up in one.
