style // something like sherbet
10:21 PM
i don't know if i have mentioned this already, but my style is changing some. i'm starting to lean more towards basics (solid, loose & simple) when it comes to clothing. don't get me wrong, i still love a good floral top or bottoms, but as i am purging through my closet, i am noticing that everything i am selling or donating has either a pattern or loud colors.
as i purchase new pieces here & there, i sort of cringe when i come across animal print (which i use to be a huge fan of) or awkward patterns (like fruits, shapes & even stripes).
recently i purchased these white cropped jeans, which actually i find to be quite flattering on me, due to the famous known rule that while black makes you look smaller, white makes you look bigger. they were a great steal at ross for $17 (originally $25).
my outfit in general reminds me of sherbet :)
clutch: ross | jeans: d jean ny | necklace: body central | ring: forever21 | shoes: dollhouse | top: target (also in black/white) | watch: kohl's
