style | a teal breeze

you ever come across those hot summer days that end in a breeze you were least expecting? well in the month of august, georgia has had quite a few. actually, for this to be supposedly the hottest month of the year, where i am it's turned out to be one of the most coolest so far. it has rained most of the month, been pretty chilly in the mornings & we've had a few cloudy evenings (which is typically when i love to take my pictures). i don't know if i am enjoying this type of weather or what, but on this particular day i enjoyed the wind blowing my teal dress in the wind.
& guess what i just learned? that the original name for a hi-lo dress was mullet o.O like what in the world was the fashion world thinking with that one? i do understand how the name came into play, but i honestly am glad they stuck with hi-lo. wait, is it hi-lo or high low? who knows. but i recently purchased this teal dress from ross (of course) & it's by as you wish, which designed the dress in my previous post. it was the only one i saw & was pleased that it was in my size (i somehow always luck up like that).
